On-line monitoring to ensure the quality of soft drinks

A soft drinks production process is a continuously mixing of syrup, water and often carbon dioxide. After it all has been mixed in the mixing system it is to recommend to control on-line to ensure that the required concentrations are achieved.

Directly at the output of the mixer the Procan-BMS (Beverage Monitoring System) takes a sample. The by-pass flows through the system. The Procan-BMS measures and controls all types of soft drinks including diets and juices containing fruit particles

Typical parameters such as ^oBrix. dissolved CO₂, dissolved O₂, alcohol, etc. must be measured and controlled.

The Procan Beverage Monitor (Procan-BMS) manufactured by Steuma Instruments monitors all these parameters.
