Oxygen Monitor, monox1000 for Inert Applications 

Enables the trouble-free monitoring of oxygen concentrations in a nitrogen atmosphere as e.g. silo's and transport systems of chemical powders without the necessity of gas sampling. 

 Instrument Features

The monox1000 is intrinsically safe and designed as a 4...20mA transmitter type instrument with digital display for the measured concentration. The oxygen sensor is built in pressure proof stainless steel housing with teflon filter. The transmitter housing is made out of aluminimum, splash waterproof and HF-shielded. Its intrinsically safety according ATEX: EEx ib II C T4, II 2 G D IP6X with certicate number ISSeP 03ATEX140

The standard applied flange for the process connection is a 2 inch type made out of SS316. Other dimensions on request. The flange is provided with a 10 μm stainless steel sintered filter and has a calibration gas connection (1/8"NPT)
